Nut-Free Chocolate Seed Bliss Balls

I've been tinkering with the Chocolate Nut Bliss Balls recipe for a while now to come up with a nut-free version without altering the delicious taste too much...and I' think I've finally cracked it! Not only is this nut-free, but it also has even less natural sugar, and is packed full of seeds and still has that great chocolate flavour. The kids and husband love this new version, so I'd love you to give it a try too and let me know what you think!

Healthier Pumpkin & Carrot Loaf

This scrummy recipe is based on one that called for lots of white sugar and vegetable oil, so I'll show you how I adapted it to be refined-sugar free and a whole lot healthier. It makes a really soft loaf that's loaded with veges, but is very kid-friendly. Ideal for the lunchbox or afternoon tea!

Refined-sugar free and no fat/oil except for avocado! This yummy recipe from One Handed Cooks makes a beautifully moist loaf that tastes like banana cake - perfect for school lunches. The family all thought this was fantastic - even my avocado-hating daughter (didn't tell her what the green bits were!).

Lemon Bliss Balls

I made the mistake of keeping these bliss balls in the fridge rather than the freezer and they were all gone in one day! They were a massive hit with the whole family, and so quick and easy to make.
