The Lunchbox Queen is open for orders 24/7. All emails and queries will be answered during our office hours: 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2 working days during busier sale times.

CLICK & COLLECT

Experience the convenience of Click & Collect – a hassle-free way to shop online and grab your items at The Lunchbox Queen HQ in Te Atatu Peninsula, and the best part? It's completely FREE!

Here's a simple guide on how Click & Collect works:

  1. At checkout, choose the 'Pick Up' option in the Delivery details section.
  2. Complete your order and payment – that's all you need to do! We'll take care of reserving your items and preparing them for collection during our warehouse opening hours.
  3. Once your order is ready for pick up, we'll reach out to you promptly. An email will be sent with the pick-up address and notification that your items are ready for collection.

PRICING

All prices are shown in NZ$ and include GST.  

 

SHIPPING

NEW ZEALAND: 

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within NZ over $149. Simply spend $149 or more in one go after discounts to qualify.

For orders under $149, there's a flat rate of $8.95.

If you're in a rural area, select the Rural Delivery option for a flat rate of $12.95. This is to accommodate the additional charges we incur.

Delivery time is overnight on working days for North Island, and two working days for the South Island. Please allow an extra working day or two for rural deliveries.

AUSTRALIA:

Due to the increasing cost of shipping between New Zealand and Australia, we can no longer ship to Australia for a flat fee. If you are looking to place an order from Australia, you are welcome to contact us for a postage quote first as we may be able to offer a reduced rate for small and light parcels. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.  

Pre-Orders

When we know we have products arriving in the not-too-distant future, we like to let you know and give you the opportunity to pre-order that product so that you do not miss out when the product arrives. When product that has been pre-ordered arrives, we always aim to dispatch it to you on the same day. While we put estimated delivery dates for arrival of pre-ordered products on our website, these dates can change as delays can occur that are out of our hands. Sometimes products arrive earlier and occasionally they arrive later than our original estimated date. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us first by emailing hello@thelunchboxqueen.co.nz. We're here to help!

Items will be refunded in the very rare event that they are faulty, or if they are not suitable for your needs. They must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

 

THE LUNCHBOX QUEEN SECURITY POLICY 

The Lunchbox Queen uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of New Zealand and Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Lunchbox Queen or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
  • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major New Zealand and Australian banks.
  • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by The Lunchbox Queen.

    Collection of Information

    In order to use the The Lunchbox Queen website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by The Lunchbox Queen is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via phone, email, mail, or directly through our website.

    Use of Collected Information

    Any details collected from The Lunchbox Queen customers is required in order to provide you with our products, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references. Collected information may also be used for:

    •    Internal record keeping.
    •    We may use the information to improve our products and services.
    •    We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required.     Orders

    If you purchase a product from us, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. You will be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

    We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
