Refund policy
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us first by emailing hello@thelunchboxqueen.co.nz. We're here to help!
For returns, no worries! If it’s not quite right or you need something bigger, just get in touch. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
Please note: Items that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, as these items are custom-made just for you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
