All products and prices on our website are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Pricing
We strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the website. All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise indicated.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
We strive to dispatch orders placed before 10 am on the same day, with the remainder dispatched the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. The Lunchbox Queen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Pickup Option
If you opt for pickup from our Auckland location, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within New Zealand. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside New Zealand, please contact us directly.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thelunchboxqueen.co.nz for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, and will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Product Descriptions
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and images on the website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are completely error-free, complete, or current. If you receive a product that does not match its description, please contact us for a resolution.
