Fun Food Guide for 2-5 Year Olds

Just trawling through some old files this morning and I found this fantastic food chart to encourage healthy eating and make sure kids get their 5+ a day! It's a great tool for helping little ones to make healthy choices and they'll love filling in the chart each day. It was featured in the old Littlies mag a few years ago and has been reviewed by dietitian Nikki Hart. Feel free to share!
