What's the difference between the Mama & Day bottles? The main difference is the tracking icons on the bottle sleeves. The Mama bottle has time tracking markers specific to the daily water needs of Pregnant & Nursing women. The Day bottle on the other hand has more general time tracking markers that everybody can use to achieve their daily water needs.

We get it—when kids need something, they need it fast! That’s why we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are sent out the same or next working day, depending on how busy we are. For the North Island, delivery is usually overnight on working days, and for the South Island, it typically takes around two days. Rural areas may take an extra day or two.

If your order includes personalisation, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing, as these items take a little longer to prepare. During sales or busy periods, feel free to reach out if you’re unsure about delivery times—we’re here to help!

For returns, no worries! If it’s not quite right or there’s a problem, just get in touch. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
