For the North Island, delivery is usually overnight on working days, and for the South Island, it typically takes around two days. Rural areas may take an extra day or two.

For returns, no worries! If it’s not quite right or there’s a problem, just get in touch. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
