- OmieDip does NOT fit in the original model OmieBox. If you're unsure which model you have, please turn your box over. On the back of the box, there is a square box with 8 alpha numeric characters.
- If the code has the letters SD, it's the original model.
- If the code has the letters CH, it's our new and greatly improved model.
We get it—when kids need something, they need it fast! That’s why we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Some days it'll be sent out the same day, and other days it might be the next, depending on how busy we are. For the North Island, delivery is usually overnight on working days, and for the South Island, it takes around two days. If you’re in a rural area, just allow an extra day or two. And if you’re wondering about delivery times during a sale, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!
For returns, no worries! If it’s not quite right or there’s a problem, just get in touch. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
