To ensure your lunchbox is leakproof, it is a good idea to press down on the lid after packing your lunch to make sure the silicone seal fully engages with the lunchbox compartments.

Some days it'll be sent out the same day, and other days it might be the next, depending on how busy we are. For the North Island, delivery is usually overnight on working days, and for the South Island, it takes around two days. If you’re in a rural area, just allow an extra day or two. For returns, no worries! If it’s not quite right or there’s a problem, just get in touch. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
